This machine is mainly composed of machine body, transmission part, safety device, roller temperature adjustment device, lubrication system and accident stop device. To

The front and rear rollers are the main working parts of the machine, which are driven by a motor and a deceleration device, and work in opposite directions under a certain speed ratio.

The working surface of the roller is made of chilled cast iron, which is hard, wear-resistant and has a long service life. Both ends of the roller are supported by sliding bearings and lubricated by an oiler. The distance between the two rollers can be adjusted arbitrarily within the specified range. The machine is equipped with a safety device, and the safety sheet is broken when overloaded to protect the main components from damage due to overload. When the machine breaks down, pull the lever of the accident parking device, and the machine can stop running quickly. Rubber baffles are installed at both ends of the working part of the roller. The roller part is equipped with a cooling device to adjust the temperature of the roller surface.
